Manaki olive varieties – This variety ripens slowly and the best time to harvest is from late January to early February. The fruit has medium dimensions with an oval shape. Its weight ranges from 2.2 to 2.9 grams. What characterizes the Manaki tree is that it can withstand high altitudes, where other varieties can not perform. Tree quite resistant to cold and strong winds.

Ladolia olive variety – It is a variety that blooms from late April to late May. The fruit ripens from the end of October to the end of November. The size of the fruit is relatively small with dimensions from 10 to 16 mm and its average weight is 1.2 grams. Ladolia has a high yield of excellent quality olive oil with low acidity as well.
