Koroneiki olive variety – It is the most famous olive variety in Greece, as it corresponds to 60% of Greek production. It is small in size and matures from October to December. Its weight is from 0.3 to 1.0 grams and its height from 12 to 15 millimeters. Although Koroneiki olives need minimal care, they can withstand low temperatures, which gives the best oil quality compared to other varieties.
